SCALT recently launched a job finder tool to help contractor members identify qualified technicians that are available to work. SCALT contractors members created a nice question job questionnaire for individuals looking to work in the HVAC community to complete online. The questions in the questionnaire will help contractors quickly ascertain the experience level of the individuals looking for work. SCALT will then send the individuals information and answers to the contractors in that area for them to reach out to the individuals if they are looking to hire a technician. SCALT leadership is looking to duplicate this effort for plumbers next.
