SCALT is proud to recognize Curtis Campbell as our latest Rising Star of the Trades, honoring outstanding professionals under the age of 40 who are carrying forward the legacy of essential trades like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Curtis’s journey began straight out of high school when he joined Holley Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc—a SCALT Gold Member with over 116 years of service to the community—as an apprentice. From day one, he committed himself to learning the trade the right way: from the ground up. His dedication to honing his technical skills and upholding the company’s values quickly set him apart. Over the past seven years, Curtis has grown into a trusted leader. Now serving as Service Supervisor, he leads his team with the same integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail that have defined his career. For Curtis, the greatest reward is helping customers feel confident and comfortable in their homes, knowing every job meets the highest standard.
When he’s not ensuring HVAC systems are running smoothly, Curtis enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife, Rebekah.
