One of Ruth’s most notable success stories involves an HVAC contractor she coached from $750,000 in annual revenue to over $10 million in less than a decade—culminating in the contractor selling the business for $9 million in cash. Stories like this make Ruth’s approach especially relevant for HVAC and trades entrepreneurs who want to master their numbers, price their services with confidence, and unlock long-term profitability.
Ruth has also been a pioneer in virtual training, launching online business education well before it became mainstream.
