What Is The Leadership Summit?

A full day of education focused on building your leadership team. Education sessions will include business development, customer service and leadership.

SCALT wants our HVAC and Plumbing teams in South Carolina to be their best, to see grow and success within their companies.  Our members have shown us over and over that it is a team effort to grow and be successful. So our efforts are to create an affordable experience for those that are growing their teams and leadership within the company and as a result growing the business.

What Is The Cost?

Gold Contractors receive a $300 annual allowance per year to spend for all education opportunities.  It can be partially or fully utilized for this event as well as the virtual technical trainings and upcoming duct fair throughout the year.

Contractor Members – $75

Additional Attendees from the same company – $50

Non-Members – $200

Exhibitors – $795 members / $900 nonmembers

On his way to Florida, Steve Coscia will make a one day stop in Columbia SC to provide a three hour training program for SC contractors on Customer Service Superiority. Attendees will leave with a manual and new tools to take back to the business.
